More Tome of Horror Minis

Here are some more Tome of Horror Miniatures from Pacesetter Games.  Love these guys that conjure memories from the old 1e images.

Especially the gorbel from this goofy image from the Fiend Folio:

Mini definitely looking like more of a threat.

Several Otherworld Minis

Some common monsters.

As far as paint jobs go, nothing too fancy here.  Lots of dry brushing and dipping but they look good.

Tome of Horrors

Here are the first miniatures I've been able to paint from the Tome of Horrors line (now by Pacesetter).

The description of the Dire Corby had them listed as Medium so I used smaller bases; they kind of overflow them.

Grenadier 2008

Finally finished this Grenadier Box set.

Couple of things.  I didn't realize that 7. Thief Climbing and 8. Thief - torch were the same guy.  You can see 8. in the box above.  I would've painted them at the same time get the shades exactly the same.  I guess if he is a pc, hireling, with a ton of table time you may find a circumstance to bust out the climbing mini?

Also, apparently there is another mini that was missing from my set: 6. Thief - sack.  I didn't realize this as I thought the chest had its own insert (see above).  I might try to pick him up on ebay later.

A few more Barrowmaze Miniatures

Getting close to finishing up the Miniatures from the Barrowmaze Kickstarter.  Struggled with my camera a bit but these turned out better than I expected.

Barrowmaze: Mongrelmen

I've never used these guys or encountered them but I've always liked the image in the MM2 that one of these minis (the spear holder with a lobster arm) is modeled after.

A few more thieves

From Grenadier's 2008 box set "Thieves."

I see the thief on the left as more of a henchman/hireling due to his "common" appearance while the jaunty dwarf thief could serve as a pc or an important npc.  About halfway finished with this box.
